My recent stay at The St. Regis Florence was truly really good, highlighted by the meticulous service and beautiful accommodations. The staff's attentiveness made me feel valued, and the elegant room made for a luxurious experience. However, I wish there were more comfortable seating options on the balcony to fully enjoy the view.

The junior suite I stayed in was elegantly appointed and spacious, offering lovely frescoes and a comfortable king-size bed. It had a convenient layout with plenty of storage, and the bathroom was spacious too, although the over-bath shower might not be ideal for everyone.

My stay at The St. Regis Florence was an lovely experience, highlighted by its romantic ambiance and convenient location along the Arno. While the service was really good, making me feel truly pampered, I did encounter some minor issues with the room's size and noise levels. Overall, I left with cherished memories and a desire to return. ❤️

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, but an odd flaw was the small shower, which could be difficult to maneuver in. Additionally, noise from outside functions disrupted the peace during my stay.

I was truly impressed by the staff's attentiveness, particularly Elissa who made my check-in special with a room upgrade. The personalized touches, like recognizing my occasion with champagne, showed extraordinary effort.

Breakfast was a good highlight, featuring an amazing buffet and the option for room service without extra charges. However, dinner left me wanting more, as my meal was served lukewarm.

The hotel's elegant design and cleanliness impressed me. While I enjoyed the luxurious feel and the charming terrace for drinks, I did note that some of the in-room amenities could be upgraded.

St. Regis Florence really blew me away with its elegant charm and great service. I felt instantly at home with the staff going above and beyond to cater to my needs, whether it was delivering morning coffee or helping with dinner reservations. However, I was a tad disappointed that my room lack a river view, despite being upgraded. Still, my overall experience was nothing short of lovely!

My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, complete with a French balcony. The bathroom was huge and clean, which gave me that extra comfort I craved. However, it did have an over-bath shower that I wasn’t super fond of.

I had an lovely 6-night stay at The St. Regis Florence. The unique room I stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated, though the shower could have been larger. Breakfast was a highlight with a wide variety of delicious options, and the service was really good throughout my stay. However, I did notice some minor maintenance issues that need attention.

I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to an Arno River Deluxe room that was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a lovely terrace with views of the river. The decor was a beautiful reflection of Florence, yet I found the shower a bit cramped for the overall room size.

7.0/10

My stay at the St. Regis Florence had its ups and downs. The staff was really good, providing excellent service that made me feel like royalty. However, the room left much to be desired with outdated decor and maintenance issues that took away from the overall experience. The location was perfect for exploring Florence, which was a big plus.

Rooms
5.0
I found the room quite disappointing. The dark paneling made it feel outdated, reminiscent of an upscale dungeon, and the furniture had seen better days. The air conditioning wasn’t effective, and I could hear doors slamming at all hours because there was no soundproofing. The bed was uncomfortable, which was unfortunate.
Service
10.0
On the upside, the service was perfect. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help, especially with my requests. Their attentiveness made my experience much more enjoyable than it might have been otherwise.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location along the Arno River really worked for me. It's just a short walk from major attractions like the Ponte Vecchio, and there are fabulous restaurants nearby. It felt like I was in the heart of it all without being overwhelmed by crowds.
Dining
8.0
I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, with a delicious variety of options. However, I did prefer sitting in the main bar area, as seating varied, and I found myself back in the dining room at times. Overall, the dining experience was elegant but a little pricey.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent, but they could use improvement. Room service was a good option, and the cleanliness was on point, though I found some basic amenities lacking, like better coffee options.
